Below you’ll find a quick breakdown of my work, as well as pricing information. Please know that these packages are for general information gathering — if you have a different vision for your elopement or a specific budget you’d like to stick to, we can create a custom package together!

What’s included in every package:

  • I have seven years of film photography experience under my belt - film is one of my tools, never a gimmick to upsell you!

    Film is about slowing down, the accidental magic. The blue mountains, rich green forests, and golden Colorado sunshine render so beautifully on film. I photograph your wedding on digital and a mix of 35mm, medium format, and/or polaroid film (or full film, if requested). My digital work is hand-edited with film emulation profiles for the full hybrid experience. You can expect about 20-40% of your final gallery to be on film. 

  • I’ve helped dozens of couples just like you create their dream elopements.

    You’ll receive experienced and well-researched location recommendations tailored to your vision and planning constraints, plus assistance with applying for any necessary permits.

  • Along with expert logistics guidance, timeline creation, an elopement planning guide, and local recommendations, I also offer brainstorming calls where we can walk through your ideas together.

    While I don’t book things for you or communicate on your behalf the way a traditional wedding planner does, think of me as an expert you can go to for advice when you feel stuck or overwhelmed.

  • I use my vast industry networks to help you source your elopement vendors. If I’ve visited your location before, I also love to share what I’ve loved in the area for dining, hiking, and things to do!

  • Your dream of a remote nature wedding can quickly become an avalanche of nickels and dimes from vendor travel fees and upsells.

    My pricing is all-inclusive, and the very few add-ons you may choose are discounted as a thank you. Full Colorado travel, lodging, guidance, and film is included in one flat rate.

  • When you chose to elope rather than have a big local wedding, that meant a lot of folks you know and love may not be there — aunts, uncles, cousins, high school friends, college friends, elderly grandparents, etc.

    I turn around your preview gallery around in 24-48 hours and your final gallery delivery in one month to make sure you can share your elopement with the folks you love, even if they weren’t able to be with you on the day.

    note: due to lab turnaround times, super 8 video may take up to 8 weeks.

elopement photography Collections and pricing

8 hour

For elopements, this could look like a full day elopement adventure across multiple locations, or a split sunrise and sunset coverage.

For micro weddings, this is ideal for longer travel times between 2-3 locations, longer celebrations after the ceremony, or split coverage for both a private elopement and a celebration with guests.

For elopements, this could look like a long hike with time after to hop into town or an elopement adventure across 2-3 locations.

For micro weddings, this is ideal for travel between 2-3 locations and most of your wedding day. This typically accommodates getting ready, ceremony, portraits, and an hour or two of celebration.

For elopements, this could look like an elopement across 2-3 nearby locations or one 4-6 mile hike.

For micro weddings, this is ideal for simple celebrations in one location. This typically accommodates ceremony and portraits, with either getting ready OR an hour of celebration.

Engagement session

1-2 hours together on hybrid or full film. Travel included within 2.5 hours of Colorado Springs (Breckenridge, Buena Vista, RMNP, etc).

for larger weddings

second photographer (over 40 guests): $800
night before coverage: $1200 for 2-3 hours
day after coverage: $1200 for 2-3 hours

If you have over 40 guests, a second photographer makes a world of difference. Your wedding photos become truer to how it felt in real life, and we tuck in dozens of portraits of your friends and family.

Do you have events around your wedding day you’d like photographed (welcome parties, camp day activities, Sunday breakfast burritos on the river, etc)? I’ll be there!

 the Process

  • After we’ve had our call together and chosen a package, I’ll send over a contract with payment information. $2000 is due upon signing, and the remainder will be due 6 weeks prior to your wedding day. The remainder can be lump sum or split into payments.

  • If you don’t have your location already, I’ll create a personalized location list for you. I’ll be on standby for assistance with any necessary permits and planning guidance calls. 4 weeks out from your elopement, we’ll create a loose photo timeline and schedule of events.

  • If you’ve booked an engagement session, we'll plan when and where to do your engagements. You'll receive your gallery within two weeks. If using these for invites or pre-elopement announcements, I generally recommend booking your session at least 4 months prior to your wedding day.

  • It’s your elopement day! I’ll be watching out for every special moment so the two of you can enjoy the day. I deliver a preview gallery on digital and polaroid within 48 hours of your day.

  • One month after your elopement day, your photos will be ready in a beautiful gallery attached to a print shop. As a wedding gift, I tuck a print coupon into your gallery.
