Your greatest adventure yet
Logan + Jaime,
It was so lovely to chat with you about your micro wedding! You’ll be getting married at the incredibly scenic Maroon Bells in late June, when the earliest wildflowers will be popping up and there will still be perfect snowcaps on the mountains (not to mention those rushing waterfalls and leafing aspens!).
It’s most important to you that you are able to be together in one place with your nearest and dearest, and that you have a chance to explore nature and go for a hike after your ceremony, then celebrate with dinner and games as the sun sets. What a beautiful experience this will be!
psssst… this is best viewed on your desktop.
From the moment we booked Ayla, we knew we had made the best decision.
“She was so communicative from the start, ensuring every detail was planned and that we felt completely at ease throughout the process. She captured every fleeting moment and detail so beautifully that we can’t stop looking at the photos. Ayla didn't just document our day; she brought it to life in the most beautiful way possible.”

what’s included in every collection… and why
Film Photography
In the seven years I have shot film, it has never failed to fill me with wonder. Film is about slowing down, the accidental magic. I photograph your wedding on digital and a mix of 35mm, medium format, and polaroid film (or full film, if requested). My digital work is hand-edited with film emulation profiles for the full hybrid experience. You can expect between 25-40% of your final gallery to be on film.
Bespoke Location & Planning Guidance
In love with the idea of a Colorado elopement but not sure how to actually do it? You’re not alone. I’ve helped dozens of couples just like you create their dream elopements. I've spent half of my life here and hiked, camped, and driven every part of this beautiful state, including Pitkin County! You’ll receive experienced and well-researched vendor recommendations, portrait locations tailored to your vision, and guidance with any tricky parts of planning.
Inclusive Pricing
Your dream of a western slope wedding can quickly become an avalanche of nickels and dimes from Denver vendor travel fees and upsells. My business won’t be one of them. Travel, lodging, and film is included in one flat rate. It’s important to me that my pricing is all-inclusive, and that the very few add-ons you may choose are discounted as a thank you.
Quick Delivery Turnaround Times
When you chose to celebrate your marriage with an elopement rather than a big, traditional wedding, that meant sacrificing the presence of a lot of folks you know and love — aunts, uncles, cousins, high school friends, college friends, Logan’s grandparents, etc. I turn around your sneak peeks in 48 hours and your final gallery delivery in one month to make sure you can share your elopement with the folks you love, even if they weren’t able to be with you on the day.

Collections and pricing
Option One –
My number one consideration when recommending a collection for you is No Rushing. No Rushing = allowing space for moments to happen organically, no stress, no even thinking about the clock, just about what's unfolding in front of you.
This 8 hour collection lets us take our time with getting ready and private vows, keeps us present through your ceremony and a fun hike afterward, and then (after an afternoon siesta) gives us plenty of room to celebrate with dinner and sunset in the evening.

They’re essentially the same - we just pull 30 minutes from the morning and add it to the extra two hours in the evening. Plenty of time to take things easy and slow, account for any travel delays, and let the magic happen as it happens.
We truly could not have asked for a more thoughtful, talented, and kind person to capture our day.
From the first time we spoke, Ayla was so helpful and knowledgeable. It felt like every concern was resolved before we could even begin to get stressed about them. We were able to focus on just enjoying the day and she really helped us embrace the excitement & beauty in a rainy wedding day.
She made everyone feel so comfortable, both hanging with her and in front of the camera. She felt like a close friend celebrating with us more than a hired photographer. Every tiny, intimate moment was caught so beautifully, looking at them makes us feel like we are right back in that moment.

Galleries I think you’ll like
Jack and Gina
Jack and Gina had a micro wedding in Estes Park with about 30 of their favorite people and they all stayed at a single giant VRBO. We ducked into Rocky Mountain National Park for their ceremony, then Jack and Gina and I went into the scenic areas for their portraits. Afterward, we returned to hang out at the VRBO, hear a few toasts, do some dancing, and generally spend time together as the sun went down. They booked my full day package!

Trenadee + Mason
Trenadee and Mason’s wedding was a little different than yours, BUT it was June 22nd and just across the mountain in Crested Butte, so it’s a really good example of what the landscapes will look like around your wedding day!

My Process
-
Once you’ve reviewed this proposal and selected your package, I’ll send over a contract with payment information. $1500 is due upon signing, and the remainder will be due one month prior to your wedding day. The remainder can be split into payments. Most of my couples choose a 4 payment split, but let me know if you’d prefer something different.
-
Since you have your ceremony location, I’ll do some research on gorgeous fun hikes we can do, as well as hunt down that VRBO i mentioned. I’ll also help source any local vendors you need. 4 weeks out from your elopement, we’ll create a loose photo timeline and schedule of events.
-
It’s your elopement day! I’ll be watching out for every special moment so the two of you can enjoy the day. I deliver a preview gallery on digital and polaroid within 48 hours of your day.
-
One month after your elopement day, your photos and video will be ready in a beautiful gallery attached to a print shop. As a wedding gift, I tuck a print coupon into your gallery.
Need help with prints or albums? I’ll be available to walk you through print types, orders, and more.
So, what do you think??
We’ve dreamed. We’ve schemed. You’ve made it through this proposal. The only thing that’s between you and the Aspen nature wedding photos of your dreams is a bit of paperwork!
You can access your client portal and select your package here. Once the quote has been accepted, I’ll need Jaime’s full name and email and I’ll send over the contract!
